I am an automotive enthusiast of all types of vehicles and compete in various performance driving events. I have owned and worked on everything from domestic V8 Fords, Jeeps, and now my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T. I initially started around 15 years old setting my car on fire in my parents garage but, over a decade later, I now spend my days formulating brake materials as an engineer and my nights wrenching on my car (only rarely setting it on fire). I started auto crossing just recently and compete whenever my schedule allows, with hopes to move to full road course track days next season. I started this blog to help consolidate the tips and tools I have accumulated over the years, so that others might be able to learn from my mistakes and successes.

Of course there has to be a disclaimer. My guides and recommendations are just that, so follow them at your own risk and I assume no responsibility for any damages. I am also not in any way affiliated with the Volkswagen Automotive Group.
